afternoon before math practice

linear equations await me.


The anxiety arrived. I figure why not do my practice now. Calm my mind so I can focus.  Living room practice with Marley's help. Started with seated meditation in lotus, moved through a short series of neck, hip, back, and concentrating on flowing breath with movement and continuing breath while in pose.  Working Vinyasa A into poses.  My practice had no time stamp goal. Total time was 40 min. Pretty good. I am happy with this.

An evening practice to continue into standing poses.

Math awaits. I am ready :)
