25. Cleanse Your Tongue

Jhiva moola dhauti, tongue cleaning, is an important part of a yogi's morning routine. The coating on the tongue comprises impurities rejected by the body that can act as a breading ground for bacteria. Take a teaspoon, stick out your tongue and gently scrape the surface.
